Take exit 90 (for Mystic Seaport / Mystic Aquarium) -- Route 27 South

 

Bear right off the ramp (you are now on Route 27 South)

 

Proceed through 4 traffic lights and be sure to bear left at the fourth light (stay on Route 27 South towards Route 1)

 

At the 5th traffic light turn left (on Route 1 North)

 

Proceed 1.5 miles (through 2 traffic lights) -- stay on Route 1 North

 

After the second traffic light turn right on Latimer Point Road

 

Proceed over the railroad tracks and then bear right at the fork and right again at the second fork (next to row of mailboxes)

 

You should now be on North Shore Way. The Zimmer cottage is the fourth house on the right (#10 / Zimmer sign is posted on a tree at the end of drive-way).  Wood shingles, blue trim, chimney, etc.
